Luuppay enables merchants to accept traditional payments while receiving settlements in cryptocurrency (USDT on supported networks). Supported payment methods include:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover
• Apple Pay & Google Pay

4. User Responsibilities

Merchants must provide accurate information, comply with laws, and ensure proper wallet security. Customers agree to use our services lawfully and not engage in prohibited activities.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Luuppay for money laundering, terrorist financing, illegal goods, gambling (where restricted), or any fraudulent activity.

6. Settlement & Fees

• Instant settlements (T+0) in USDT
• Processing fees vary by transaction volume and merchant profile
• Chargeback protection available for verified merchants

7. Privacy

We protect your data according to our Privacy Policy. By using Luuppay, you consent to our data practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luuppay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Immediate termination may occur in case of breach, fraud, or legal obligations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration.
